How to play
Build an original pirate by harvesting one trait per round from 4 donor characters. Eight rounds, two shared rerolls, then a live rank against all 184 roster characters.

Round 1 - Body
Shows: Name + race + rarity · Pool: All characters · ≥1 giant, oni or lunarian
Round 2 - Armament Haki
Shows: Name + haki tier · Pool: All characters · ≥2 holders
Round 3 - Observation Haki
Shows: Name + haki tier · Pool: All characters · ≥2 holders
Round 4 - Conqueror's Haki
Shows: Name + haki tier · Pool: All characters · ≥2 holders
Round 5 - Devil Fruit
Shows: Name + fruit name · Pool: Devil Fruit users only
Round 6 - Weapon
Shows: Name + weapon name · Pool: ≥3 of 4 are weapon users
Round 7 - Intelligence
Shows: Name + INT value · Pool: All characters
Round 8 - Battle IQ
Shows: Name + BIQ value · Pool: All characters
Rarity & rerolls
Each option rolls rarity independently: 40% basic, 30% epic, 20% legend, 10% god. The body round rolls hotter (25% god) and always includes a giant, oni or lunarian. Options are unique per round and never repeat an already-picked donor.
You get 2 rerolls for the whole draft, usable in any round including the last. Spend them where they matter most - Devil Fruit and haki rounds define a build.
How stats work
Builds resolve to 7 stats: strength and durability come from the body only; attack and defense start at zero and are fed purely by haki, Devil Fruit and weapon picks; speed, awareness and stamina mix base with donor bonuses. Intelligence boosts awareness and battle IQ boosts strength by percentage.
